1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or accessing the digital storefront of wqe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Orders & Payment Processing
- All product prices are displayed in the specified currency and must be settled in full prior to order fulfillment or digital access dispatch.
- Payments are securely handled through accredited payment gateways (including Stripe and PayPal) with end-to-end 256-bit encryption. wqe never stores or accesses your complete credit or debit card data.
- An order confirmation receipt is automatically dispatched to the email address entered during checkout.
3. Digital Goods & Instant Fulfillment
- For digital products, license keys, and downloadable goods, delivery occurs automatically upon verified payment confirmation.
- Purchases of digital products provide a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to download and utilize the asset. Redistribution, resale, or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited unless explicit written authorization is granted.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Physical Goods: Items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived defective.
- Digital Products: Because digital assets are irrevocably delivered upon payment capture, refunds are typically not provided once the download link is accessed, unless a file is demonstrably defective or a duplicate billing occurred.
5. Intellectual Property
All product photographs, designs, logos, digital materials, and written descriptions remain the exclusive intellectual property of wqe.
